Final Project: Thomas the DANK Engine

This time I actually tried to give myself enough time to complete this project the way I wanted to see it done. I felt I did a pretty good job.

I incorporate two things about my childhood that I always loved: railroad crossing gates and Thomas the Tank Engine. The dominos falling is a respectful nod to the use of dominos throughout this course in some of our projects.

Some difficulties I had included keyframing the lighting of the railroad crossing, and making sure those lights didn’t shine further than they were supposed to.

I had to make the world night instead of day because I really wanted to focus on having the lights on the railroad crossing be as bright as possible.
